It typically takes 2-3 weeks for your custom PopCarve to be crafted and shipped once we receive your order.

Photo Requirements:

For best results, we recommend using photos with a minimum resolution of 1200 pixels on the shortest side.
We always do our best to upscale photos for optimal results. However, some photos—such as scanned images, older photos, or low-resolution pictures—may not produce the best quality for a PopCarve. If we encounter a photo that might be challenging, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss alternative options.
You can include multiple people in a single PopCarve as long as they are the main focus of the photo.
You’re welcome to use any photo you own, including those taken by others.

Customization:

When you order, you’ll be able to select from a variety of frame colors to complement your home decor.
We can add custom text, such as names or dates, to the frame of your PopCarve.
